Harley Quinzel has a plan to break her Mr. J out of Arkham Asylum, but she needs the assistance of a recently captured new villain. The problem: he is within the confines of the GCPD under the direct supervision of Commissioner Jim Gordon. Will Harley succeed to getting in to Jonathan Crane, or are there other forces also trying to get to him that she has not prepared for?
