After her work with the Joker seems to impress Hugo Strange, Harley Quinzel is given a new patient. Arkham’s newest guest puts a whole new meaning to the phrase “every rose has its thorn” and may prove to be more dangerous than the clown prince himself. Will Dr. Quinzel’s reputation start to whither, or is her work at Arkham about to blossom into something no one could have foreseen?
