Not all is well in Arkham Asylum one month after Tw-Face’s arrest. Max Shreck becoming mayor has allowed Dr. Hugo Strange the freedom he needs to run the mental institution, but a darker plan is on the surface. With Selena Kyle (Catwoman) as a patient, Dr. Strange now tries to use her and Ed Nygma (The Riddler) to carry out his more sinister intentions.
