His voice is about as adaptable as one of the other Gotham City Players. There are multiple instances of this actor talking to himself as well, employing the same visual tricks they have for other scenes involving actors talking to themselves. I have heard Harvey Bullock directly reference this actor’s portrayal of himself, commenting that he needs to lose some weight. The actor will often don a large amount of padding, or some kind of fat-suit to portray the GCPD officer.
