Notes:
Bane. He was relatively unknown before a particular visit to a Mexican prison. He had just been an ordinary criminal before this point. He rose to become “king” of this prison, ultimately being selected for experimentation. The experiment was on a new chemical named “Venom.” This chemical increased his already above average strength by a not insignificant degree. Unfortunately, his body became addicted to the drug, he must go no longer than 12 hours between doses, while smaller doses will not trigger the changes making him stronger, they will stave off any withdraw symptoms.
He relies primarily on his strength, and while he does have some agility, it is not easy for him to move with the venom running through his system. Cut off the tube running to his brain, and the effects of the venom withdraw start almost immediately. From there it is a simple matter to get him to the GCPD to be processed like any other criminal.
