Key player in the Gotham underground, Max tends to have ears in many places. His connections have afforded him knowledge on the inner workings of many of Gotham’s big plays over the years. From weapons, to simple thefts, it is rare when Max is left in the dark on any given topic regarding crime in Gotham. Selena was pushed out of a window by this guy, creating Catwoman.
