Notes:
Former administrator of Arkham Asylum. Possibly the longest running administrator, his tenure was cut short after the inmates broke out with the assistance of Harley Quinn. Shortly after audio leaked by Hugo Strange revealed he was unfit for the job.
Aside:
Hugo Strange showed great personal risk to himself, and his practice by releasing this audio. He obviously felt that it was in the best interest of the public and his patients that we be aware of the danger Quincy Sharp presented.
