After Deadshot failed to kill Max Shreck on the debate stage, Penguin dresses him down at the Iceberg Lounge until they are met by a surprise guest from Shreck and Penguin’s past. Elsewhere at the Shreck Estate, a “ghoul” comes out of the Shadows with a final warning.
Hours after his abduction from the mayoral debate, Harvey Dent is awakened in an alley with his head groggy from the chloroform. Unfortunately for Dent, a doctor is in the house… and he has brought his own version of a cure.
