Not all is well in Arkham Asylum one month after Two-Face’s arrest. Max Shreck becoming mayor has allowed Dr. Hugo Strange the freedom he needs to run the mental institution, but a darker plan is on the surface. With Selena Kyle (Catwoman) as a patient, Dr. Strange now tries to use her and Ed Nygma (The Riddler) to carry out his more sinister intentions.
At a hide-out in the middle of Gotham, Harley prepares to celebrate the anniversary of her relationship with Joker. Hoping to see their love go to the next level, she is pleasantly surprised when Penguin shows up with a gift. However, what she doesn’t know won’t hurt her… or will it when the Bat signal arises over the night sky?
At the same time that Joker and Harley were “celebrating” their anniversary, something bad was happening at Arkham Asylum.

After escaping Arkham Asylum, Poison Ivy and Mr. Freeze are led to the old botanical gardens by a new ally. While there the two form an uneasy alliance and happen upon someone from Ivy’s past.
